2021 Great Taste Award Winner! Finally two of my favourite things in one bottle! I love a well-made Bloody Mary as much as I love hot sauce, so I had to bring both together. Our Bloody Mary Hot Sauce has a blend of tomatoes, lime, Hendersons Relish (making it vegan) and a ton of scotch bonnet chillis! This is a hot one, so like the drink that inspired it, it's perfect to pick you up when splashed all over a fry-up. It's as versatile as ketchup and since creating the recipe we have enjoyed it on pizza, cheese on toast, burger and chips. It’s also amazing with poached eggs. It comes in a 250ml glass bottle and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It contains no alcohol. Its hot, its boozy it La Barbacoa del Diablo. based on a traditional deep south recipe we go that little bit extra with this sauce by adding LOTs of scotch bonnet chilli and LOADS of Bourbon. Tis is a BBQ sauce to remind you of the home land of BBQ sauces! Fantastic as a marinade or even as a dipping sauce its versatile, if you like it hot that is. La Barbacoa del Diablo comes in a 250ml glass bottle and is 100% free from preservatives. Boca Grande is one of our favourite very hot sauces to win a coveted Great Taste Two Star Award. This chilli hot sauce with pineapple impressed the judges. The judges commented: 'This sauce is a sweet, sour, spicy delight. All the flavours are well defined and well balanced, each having the chance to sing - in particular the pineapple that delivers fantastic flavour halfway through the taste note'. Judges also enjoyed the delayed hit of warm heat in the aftertaste. Feugo del Verde is Pip's Hot Sauce's own take on sweet chilli sauce. By using green chillis and green peppers in our sweet chilli sauce we have managed to make it a bit more savoury, even though it's most definitely a sweet sauce. It's the mildest sauce in the Pip's range and goes particularly well with fish, noodles or cheese and crackers. It's choc full of fresh garlic to give it a nice tangy foil to the sweetness of the sugar. And while it's mild, it still has a little kick! Made with completely natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives each Feugo del Verde comes in a 150ml glass bottle.
